Nude (def) Nudity or nakedness, is the state of wearing no clothing. In some situations, a minimum amount of clothing or none at all may be considered socially acceptable, while in others much more clothing may be expected.
After New Year’s Day things get a little slow around Blue Moon Boudoir Photography, so we decided to have a giveaway: From now until February 1, 2021 all in-studio sessions— a $295 value— are free for any client who want to pose nude in any of these various styles:
- Fine Art Nude: At one end of the spectrum there is classical nude photography that can vary from explicitly sexy to black & white fine art nudes.
- Implied Nude: In the so-called “implied” nude image the subject is physically naked but has posed in such a way as to cover what some people refer to as “private parts.”
- Just Plain Naked, which is just like the woman in our featured portrait chose to do although she started out the session wearing some skimpy lingerie.
After the free session, clients will receive a CD or flash drive containing all of the images that we make and a coupon good for 20% off the cost of our Little Black Books, which will make a nice Valentine’s Day gift if you’re planning ahead. A standard 6×6 album containing 20 pages is $99, if we pick the photos or $125 if you do. That means that prices with the coupon are $69.30 or $87.50 for a gift that’s much more personal and loving than anything you can buy at the mall.
As you can see, the definition of what is and is not nude varies but we’re here to make sure you look your best no matter which definition you prefer. Click the Contact button to make your appointment today or call 720-515-4497 and let’s schedule your Happy Nude Year shoot.
On a health note: Clients should know that on 12/28/20 I received the first shot of the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine to protect myself and anyone that I come in contact with. My home and home studio have been professionally cleaned and sanitized six different times since the health crisis began.
