Mission Statement
At Blue Moon Boudoir Photography we believe that all woman—all ages, sizes and ethnicities—have the right to look beautiful in their portraits.
We offer lots of options for how you wish these images displayed, whether in a special album for a significant other or in a digital or social media format. That’s why we offer an inexpensive digital-only option where you walk out of the session with a disc or flash drive of all the images we make in your hands.
We have only one goal
to make the most attractive portrait of you as possible to show the world and yourself the truly beautiful you. Both of the owners of Blue Moon Boudoir Photography have been professional photographers for more than thirty years – each!
The Chief Photographer at Blue Moon
has won many awards for his portraiture, including the Photographic Craftsman’s award that was presented to him by the Professional Photographers of America.
He was also awarded an Honorary Membership by the Independent Photographers of Colorado for his “dedication and services to the photographic community” and has given workshops to professional photographers at locations from Massachusetts to California.
He is the author of 34 books about photography, including four recent books on glamour, boudoir and portrait posing. He is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University and studied photography at the Maryland Institute, College of Art.
Blue Moon’s Second Photographer
has an art degree from Florida State University and specializes in on-location portraiture having photographed such notables as the late Jim Henson, former president Gerald Ford, Denver chef and humanitarian “Daddy” Bruce Randolph, and many others.
Her experience as a photographer as well as being photographed for magazines and books help her bring an informed outlook to all of the boudoir photography produced by Blue Mood Boudoir Photography.

Blue Moon Boudoir Photography is located just south of the town of Parker, Colorado and is only a short drive from Castle Rock, being a convenient drive from either Denver (25 miles) or Colorado Springs (50 miles.)
