Modern boudoir photography is characterized by the empowerment of its female subjects, who are now typically a photographer’s clients rather than professional models.

Have You Ever Dreamed About Being a Model? Well you can be one…if you want to be. In a previous post entitled You Can Be Calendar Girl Too, I wrote about how a calendar company hired us to photograph lingerie and nude models at a fire truck factory. We often get such assignment requests for other, similar projects.

According to the Associated Press: A record 4.5 million Americans quit their jobs in November. And in 2021 close to 50 million people quit their jobs. Let me put that into perspective: California is America’s most populace state and it has 39.1 million people. Yet many more that that have quit their jobs just last year. Why?

Blue Moon Boudoir Photography is currently looking for women who might be interested in posing for photographs that will be used as sample images for this blog during 2022. No prior modeling experience is required and woman of all ages are encouraged to apply. We do prefer, however, that you are at least 21 years old or older and be comfortable with posing nude, or are at least interested in giving nude modeling a try.
